This is a great vegetable source of high quality protein, very low in fat. Soya protein; contain isollavones which have shown to aid in maintaining good health.

Recommended Use
Mix 1 scoop of Soy with 300 ml of water, juice or milk. Stir and serve. Can be taken between meals or one hour before workout. Take 2-3 times daily to help promote rapid mass and weight gains.
